The sports retail group, Intersport, has reached agreement in the dispute with former board member Klaus Jost. Both sides have agreed to an amicable separation. Jost left the group at the end of the previous year following internal quarrels. The background to this was the appointment of Kim Roether as Chairperson of the Board of Management. In Jost's opinion, this went against the Intersport statute, according to which two or more board members are appointed on an equal footing. He filed suit with Heilbronn District Court.

Following a conciliation hearing, both sides did, however, try to come to an agreement. However, confidentiality was agreed regarding the details of the agreement.
