Alina Häck-Olßon

Alina Häck-Olßon advises international and national corporations as well as mid-sized companies on all aspects of commercial and corporate law. Her focus is on stock corporation law as well as any matter regarding the supervisory and management board. Alina Häck-Olßon advises, inter alia, listed and other stock corporations regarding their general meetings and the (re-)structuring of compensation systems and option programs. In addition, Alina Häck-Olßon advises foreign and German companies as well as financial investors on national and cross-border corporate transactions.

Alina Häck-Olßon studied at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.
