Christian Achtmann

Christian Achtmann advises national and international companies and their Executives/Directors and Supervisory bodies on all questions regarding board liability and D&O insurance. The focus of his work in this area lies in litigation in large liability proceedings.

In addition, Christian Achtmann advises national and international companies on all questions of individual and collective labor law. He has particular expertise in the field of compensation of board members and works council members as well as corporate compliance. 

Christian Achtmann is also Certified Attorney for Intellectual Property Rights. 

He completed his studies and legal clerkship in Cologne and Hamburg. After working for a leading life science company in the USA for several months during this period, within his legal career as a lawyer Christian Achtmann also worked for over a year in the human resources department of an international pharmaceutical group.
