Dr. Constantin Axer

Constantin Axer advises German and international companies on all matters of commercial and corporate law and on M&A transactions. A particular focus of his work is advising on disputes regarding D&O liability between companies and their executive management. Another core part of his work is the structuring and negotiation of domestic or international restructuring projects.

Constantin Axer studied at the Universities of Cologne and La Coruña. He was awarded his doctorate in 2011. Since 2015, he is also a certified specialist for Commercial and Corporate Law within the meaning of the Specialist Attorney Regulation (FAO).
