Dennis Ehrlich advises international and national companies of all industries on all matters of commercial and corporate law, M&A transactions as well as restructuring and insolvency law issues.
He studied both economics and law at the University of Cologne and the University of Alabama. He obtained his doctorate degree in 2020 with the dissertation "Die Haftung des Kommanditisten in der Krise und Insolvenz der KG" under Prof. Dr. Christoph Thole.
Prior to joining Seitz, Dennis Ehrlich gained experience in corporate law, restructuring and insolvency law at a large law firm based in Cologne.
