Dominik Riebartsch advises domestic and international companies from all sectors on employment and labour law issues. He has specialised experience in large restructuring projects, advising on the establishment and termination of employment relationships as well as in collective bargaining and industrial constitution law.
In addition, he advises domestic and international companies and their Executives/Directors and Supervisory bodies on all questions regarding board liability and D&O insurance.
He studied at the Philipps University of Marburg. In his PhD thesis he dealt with the topic of “The liability of the supervisory board of a stock corporation due to violation of the monitoring obligations”.
