Kristof Röder advises domestic and international companies on all aspects of commercial and corporate law. His practice focuses on M&A transactions and restructuring. He has gained special expertise in this area, inter alia, during his work in the M&A-Department of an internationally operating DAX group.
Kristof Röder studied at the University of Cologne. Before joining Seitz, he worked as a research assistant at an international corporate law firm in the area of real estate & public.
