Attorney at law
Leonie Pfeufer advises national and international companies in all aspects of individual and collective employment law. As well as dealing with general employment law questions, her main practice focuses on the area of employee participation and corporate co-determination, the legal representation in separation proceedings and restructuring. A further focus of her work is on drafting contracts and advising on service contracts.
After studying law at the University of Cologne and completing her legal training, Leonie Pfeufer has worked for two international commercial law firms in the field of employment law in Düsseldorf since 2016. In addition to her work at Seitz, she is completing her doctorate at the University of Münster.
