His main areas of expertise include advising on real estate transactions, contract stipulation for project developments and tenancy and residential property law.
Furthermore, he advises on legal issues that arise in connection with the ongoing asset management performed by real estate companies and supports clients in judicial and extrajudicial disputes.
Marius Kranzkowski studied at the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder). Before joining Seitz, he worked as a lawyer for a well-known real estate law firm.
