Patrick Schlupkothen is specialized in corporate law and M&A. He advises national and international companies in all matters of corporate law. In particular, he supports companies of all industries in all phases of a transaction or restructuring. He also negotiates and drafts commercial agreements and advises on commercial and corporate litigation.
Patrick Schlupkothen studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn. He completed his Referendariat with stations, among others, at an international law firm in Düsseldorf and at the German Embassy in Beijing.
