Dr. Stefan Glasmacher

Stefan Glasmacher's practice focuses on M&A/commercial and corporate law. In particular, he advises on international and national corporate transactions on all aspects of M&A, joint ventures and management participations as well as on financing rounds in the VC sector. In addition, sports labor law is one of his areas of expertise.

Stefan lectures on the law and has published numerous articles on corporate and foreign trade law topics.

Prior to joining Seitz, Stefan worked as an attorney at Mayer Brown LLP in Düsseldorf and Chicago (USA). He studied and obtained his doctorate at the University of Bonn, in each case with a scholarship from the German National Academic Foundation. He completed his legal clerkship in Cologne, Lima (Peru) and Washington, D.C. (USA).
