Dr. Stefan Seitz

Stefan Seitz founded Seitz in 1997.

He advises domestic and international companies as well as senior executives and famous sportspeople on all matters of employment and labour law. He in particular specialises on the legal and strategic handling of large scale employment and labour law projects, collective bargaining negotiations and law as well as compliance.

Stefan Seitz studied at the University of Cologne where he also received his doctorate.

Numerous industry handbooks and business magazines such as JUVE, Who‘s Who Legal, Wirtschaftswoche, Fokus and Handelsblatt consider Stefan Seitz to be one of the leading labour law experts in Germany. Stefan Seitz is editor and author of numerous publications. In addition to this, he regularly speaks on labour law topics and lectures at specialist attorney training courses.
